For everyone who didn’t know SATURDAY was St. Patrick’s Day. Not today. We looked on the almighty internet and found out that since today is a Holy Day that they moved St. Patrick’s Day to Saturday. Anyway, we decided at the last minute on Friday that we wanted to have a St. Patrick’s Day party. So I went to Target and picked up all kinds of green decorations and hats and desserts and planned a party. It turned out great. We played rock band most of the night and the boys watched Boondock Saints. (I went to bed, I don’t like that movie) It was a great evening.

I took our camera to youth group on Wednesday night to play with it a little bit and got some great shots. Some of them were a little blurry because it is hard for me to hold that big camera still without a flash. But all in all I did get some good photos. I really like the ones of the instruments. The colors looked really cool on them. The ones of Matt and Parker could have been better but I really like how they look. The kids on the praise team had a great set list and it was cool to take photos of them in action.
