Grilled Yogurt-Marinaded Lamb Chops
June 15th, 2011
This is a beautiful and tasty main course that is pretty easy to make and will blow your family at the dinner table or your guests at your next dinner party away. It is a Mediterranean dish that is full of depth and flavor . You will need to make the spice mix before you make your marinade so read over everything carefully before you start cooking.

Weekly meal plan 6.13.11
June 13th, 2011
Well here we are back at Monday. I wish we had a couple of more days to our weekend! As short as it seemed we had a fantastic weekend. On Saturday I went “Junkin” with my momma and I found some great treasures. One of which was a cool old suitcase that just happended to look really cute with some other suitcases that my parents had in their storage building. There is a corner in our bedroom that has been empty and bugging me, but I didn’t know what I wanted to put there. So I stacked these suitcases in the corner and put a bunch of magazines in them and voila corner filled. Later that night Jace and I made some delicious lamb chops and had a relaxing night to ourselves.
Here’s this weeks plan.
Tonight: pan roasted chicken thighs, mashed potatoes and salad
Tuesday: chinese 5 spice beef stir fry
Wednesday: not sure yet
Thusday: take out
Friday: date night
Happy eating!

This is my favorite lotion in the whole wide world. My skin was in desperate need of moisture after a long day of fights and delays and L’Occitane was the first store I saw with lotion. I have kept this stuff in every purse and drawer in my house since.
