I’m so excited to get back to a schedule again. I love the holidays but with all the parties and get togethers we eat out more than in and that gets expensive. It also makes it a little hard to stay healthy. Here’s this week’s plan.
Tonight: pork chops in a pesto sauce with pasta and green beans
Tuesday: chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and corn
Wednesday: sautéed chicken and creamy garlic pasta
Thursday: breakfast burritos
